Louis XIV Asks Riddles III

Esteemed Readers, the life goes on & I continue posting riddles of Louis XIV’s time. Please, pull yourself together & guess out! Again I remind you of sending me your own riddles to join the riddle club! The new riddle is short, however it tells about a phenomenon which has become the top of our hi-tech civilization. Good luck!

“Without life I’m alive & I’m a friend of anyone; however I’m unable to love. I’m useful for a sage & make fools content. I corrupt hearts but I’m uncorrupted my-self.”
