Louis XIV Asks Riddles VII

Esteemed Readers, no matter the meteo conditions such as snow & an extreme heat, we keep up with our riddles. Today I offer you a long, but not too allegorical one. My hint to you: we all use this object daily. Good luck!

“We can see two Sisters always together, who serve in the same house, but all what unites them is the size & the name. Although both of them are needed, one is always still, while the other is always busy from dawn till dusk. By priority of the Eldest & by her natural turn they are left alone all the time until somebody comes. But on behalf of the Youngest, who prefers just laws, there might pass hidden the one who is rude…from time to time. She is very capricious & she is often jealous, so she comprehends the limits only by force of shuts.”

My congratulations to David, who was the closest to the true meaning.

Vive le Roy! 🙂
